My 3rd time in Okura BKK. Service and cleanliness are 10/10 as usual. Their beautiful infinity pool is a must-visit! Also love their breakfast which offers 2 options, Buffet vs Japanese style. Highly recommend the Okura Spa, where you can get 20% off by joining their premium membership FOR FREE! Will definitely return! 1 minor issue is the ineffective draining in the shower of our room on the first night, but I really appreciate the hotel’s efficiency where they sent a repairman up right away even though I called them at 2am…

Japanese hospitality in the centre of Bangkok. Great location, connected to elevated walkway that easily transports you to BTS station and Central Embassy Mall across the street. Rooms are spacious and the swimming pool is amazing.

We are impressed by the cleanliness, courtesy and breakfast of this hotel. The breakfast is so yummy, staff are very helpful especially helping us to book spa and restaurants and the room is very clean

Enjoyable stay with excellent breakfast. The swimming pool is also fantastic. Easily accessible to the main shopping area and less than 40 mins to the airport by car. Highly recommended!

I’d definitely highly recommend Okura to all who are going to be visiting and staying in BKK for a bit!! Whether it be the superb comfort and cosy atmosphere of the hotel room and it’s amenities, the top notch customer service provided, the super yummy and various selections of options from the breakfast buffet/restaurants or the really convenient location (it’s close to a lot of the shopping malls and temples!), The Okura Prestige Bangkok really lives up to the standard of being a 5 STAR HOTEL!!! And believe me as I’m one of those who would rarely rave about the quality and standard of hotels :)

Exceptional service with experienced staff. The best breakfast buffet I never had

I booked an deluxe suite with two single beds which was spacious and comfortable and included access to the club lounge. Whilst most suites have two toilets this one only had one and unfortunately the little sink in the toilet and the double sinks in the bathroom resulted in you splashing water onto yourself when in use. The staff in the hotel especially in the front desk, restaurant and the club lounge are very friendly and helpful and whilst the hotel still has a business centre you have to book with reception when you need to use it unlike other hotels when you use your room card to access it. The food in the main restaurant and in Yamazoto the Japanese restaurant is very good but service in Yamazoto was very slow. It took almost half an hour for the Japanese breakfast to be ready but the staff at Yamazoto continue to fill up your teacup whilst you are waiting and the breakfast is great. The hotel's proximity to Ploen Chit BTS station is a real advantage as you don't have to navigate the broken pavements to get there. As a suite guest you have "complimentary" beers and soft drinks in the mini bar which is appreciated when returning after a day out.

This is my first time in Bangkok for business. I’d travel before on a family setting so the value for money i was looking for this time was another, and i found it. The Okura Prestige is an amazing choice for those business traveling. The room had a nice desk, good space, all the conventional amenities plus a nice view. Breakfast Buffet was one of the best I’ve seen lately. It had a very comprehensive selection of cuisines, and the sitting area was amazing, with views. The pool was also very nice. We didn’t get a chance to use it unfortunately. Room service food was by far the best eating experience of that week, impecable tasting. Highly recommend it.
