The location is excellent, praised for its convenience and proximity to attractions. The staff are wonderful, friendly, and provide excellent 24-hour reception service.

Hotel room was not throughly cleaned theres mold on shower curtains no microwave no amenities wifi is not useable it goes in and out so you can barely use it get at sim if you stay here because you wont be getting any service and if you do its like for 5 mins before it kicks you off and say no wifi available now when you check in they will hit you with fees after fees i checked in early after calling the hotel and asking how much the charge would be they told me to come in and speak to someone so i did the lady at the desk told me its 300 for an early check in and then i gave her the money she then said they didnt have my room type so id need to pay for upgrade an additional 380 i gave her the money again and then she told me there was a deposit of 500 i then got frustrated because i asked what the total was and she just kept adding fees when she couldve just told me from the beginning  so then i asked when id get the deposit back she said at check out give her the receipt and keys ill get 500 back cash later that morning i got a call about moving rooms i asked why since i paid for an upgrade and early checkin they never got back to me so i stayed in my room at check out i gave the front desk attendant my keys and papers and the lady from before comes out with a rude attitude telling me there will be another additional charge for the upgrade confused and frustrated i informed her that was not okay since i wasnt informed of these charges and when i asked her about how much id get at checkout she specifically said id get 500 back cash the amount wasnt the issue the issue is her lying and continuously adding fee when the room wasnt up to par nor was i even able to use the wifi i had to use my hotspot the entire duration of the stay then she started going on about how shell remember how us Americans are and im not youre simply a liar i wrote down what she told me so i knew i wasnt in the wrong but she was upset that i was questioning her so we continued to go back and forth until i told onw of the other workers if you see a guest is irate and having an issue they need to switch out and have her stop talking to me eventually i told the other lady at the desk to finish and give me my money back i got charged and ill never recommend this place it was close to the airport so i chose it before i went to Phuket but again wasnt worth the headache and wasnt even that nice of a place not sure if i still have pics but if i do ill add them

The room was nice, and the bed was comfy! It didn't break the bank, either, which was a plus. The staff were super friendly and spoke great English, no problem communicating at all. I'd say they could do a bit better on the cleaning, though. Even though it looks like they've done some recent work, there was a little dust, and I spotted a few hairs in the bathroom. Overall, it's a good spot, and you can easily walk to the Airport Rail Link for getting to Suvarnabhumi.
