I recently stayed at Le Fenix Sukhumvit and had a generally positive experience. The hotel's location is excellent, situated just a short walk from Nana BTS station, providing easy access to various parts of Bangkok. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The hotel is pretty old.
The is not clean.
The blank has hole and pillows and towels are not proper white.
Can’t use the wifi.

Horrible dump. Avoid this place at all cost. Everywhere around the property stinks like sewage. Room was filthy. Location might be perfect for those seeking debauchery and hedonism but if you're decent you would avoid the area. Everywhere from the quarters to the rooms. Felt like I wanted to vomit. Wi-Fi is horrible, I had to call the reception desk twice for them to reset the router and it still wouldn't work. I went to get ice over at the breakfast area and got really rude service from the breakfast attendant. No smiles or afraid this from housekeeping.I only came here because my friend is staying here and he wanted me to come to the same property so we can make a trip to Pattaya together. I should've stayed somewhere else. Again, nothing works. Not even the TV, nor the Internet can't even call phone.
