Check in time 2pm. I arrived at 5pm still have to wait until I asked why I have to wait. I was asking 3 times till 5.30pm have no room available then they decided to upgrade me to bigger room next to the room they renovated. I have to wave up early with noise contraction.
And check out time straight away call me at 11am to let me know check out time is 12pm.

Be kept waiting at lobby for a very long time just because they missed my booking, misunderstanding what customer ask, totally feed not comfortable to stay in this hotel this time. Not recommended!😵💫

I like this hotel it’s very simple and good value good quality for the money … stayed a lot over a year or so staff are great when you’ve stayed a few times they always remember you that I do like you don’t like that with the big brand hotels …

Central location easy to get to. Small hotel. Priced increased during CNY but overall is ok. Staff friendly and helpful. One street away from soi 11 with all the bars and clubs.

Great service and room cleaning is good.
Room abit small especially for 2 beds, insufficient space to put luggage.
Overall still recommend as hotel is near to BTS and many pubs nearby.
