Great amenities. Nice staff. Good buffet. Would be nice if there’s a 7-11 nearby. Washing machine is a big plus. If housekeeping can fold elephant towels would add a nicer touch to it.

Location is good. Next to Erawan Shrine. Walking distance to Central World, Big C, and Platinum Mall. Need to climb and use the connecting overhead bridges, though. Hotel looks grand.
We stayed in the suite, which is very big, with washer/dryer, microwave and stove. Mini-fridge is stocked with drinks and snacks which are free and replaced daily.
Service is prompt and good.

Hotel is nice for a few days. It is well located. Not easy to book a car but this is Bangkok trafic. Better to book a grab bike. The staff is nice. The AC was quite noisy. Gym is nice and well equipped.

Hotel is of walking distance to central world, can walk indoor via grand hyatt to link. Amenities provided, and rooms are clean and well tidied everyday. In room snacks are complimentary daily. Will revisit.

The hotel staff provided excellent and friendly service. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the location was great—close to Big C and Central World. Thai Food Restaurant on the first floor was great! The only downside was that the room’s soundproofing was really poor, and there was constant noise.

Hotel located one of the best, expensive and busiest district area of Bangkok.
Having nearby tourist attractions just walking distance with the BRT and MRT transport link just walking distance.
For shopping, dinning and entertainment best shopping mall like MBK, Siam Paragon, SiamCenter, and Platinum Mall.
Hotel having one of the best and beautiful garden swimming pool, Luxury spa, kids club and game room, fitness center, Best Restaurant for Breakfast, Lobby of hotel one of the best and beautiful.
I have spent six nights in the Executive Suite at this hotel and found it to be a very comfortable stay with great facilities, helpful staff, Daily house keeping, very clean.
Finally, I must say that this is the best substitute for money.Every thing is too good.
Over all it's good to stay here.
