I recommended Siam Kempinski based on its reputation, while check-in process and room were satisfactory, I must note that the hotel is not particularly new.
That said, lobby and general areas are well-maintained, showcasing the property’s commitment to upkeep 👍🏻
However, during the stay, there were some service lapses that required attention.
While the management team eventually offered service recovery after multiple escalations from the Manager to the Director, the handling of the issue could have been smoother.
For a 5-star hotel, I would have expected quicker and more proactive CS without needing the guest to follow up repeatedly.
Overall, the experience was acceptable, but there is room for improvement in delivering the seamless, elevated service that aligns with the high standards associated with the Kempinski brand!
