The service was beyond immaculate, all the way from checking in, the staff that we interacted with during breakfast, making up of rooms, handling of luggages by the concierge, the pool side staff and the arrangement of vehicles in and out of the hotel. Their enthusiasm brightens up our family's day and the kids were also giving raving reviews. Special shoutouts to William (The Addition), Chiraphon (chambermaid), and the rest of the staff that we have interacted with whom are always ready to go the extra mile, making the stay a memorable one. The family is already looking forward to our next stay at Siam Kempinski! Truly The Land of Smiles.

Honestly, best experience in hotel that I had in my life! Everything was so perfect, so clean, so organized, so tasty! staff does such a great job, they care about some small details that I wouldn’t even notice! they are so welcoming and caring, I felt so happy staying in this hotel. Great work 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 I will definitely come back and recommend everyone to check it, you won’t be disappointed! 100 out of 100 👍🏼
