We enjoyed our stay in Bangkok. The room soundproof was not good enough as we can hear people walked and talked loudly. The concierge staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel shuttle van is a good service that can bring us to various locations i,e platinum mall and etc. will definitely come back to stay in this hotel.

Excellent location, 5 min walk to Samyan station, and just the opposite to Samyan Mirtown shopping center with Big C supermarket inside. 20 min walk to MBK center. Though a bigger Hotel sign is better, I missed the entrance when I passed by from MTR. Hotel also has shuttle to Siam Paragon or China town at specific time (see the attached time table) Wonderful to have Let’s Relax spa within the hotel, easy for massage booking, because if you buy coupons from Klook or KKday , you need one day advance booking. Hotel is well equipped with gym room, next to the pool ( though in the center of buildings, many shades in the morning or afternoon, perhaps more sunshine at noon time) International breakfast with noodle and egg station, 6-10:30am, plenty of time to enjoy. Free minibar includes Pepsi and instant noodles, room fitted with large fridge and microwave oven. Room is clean without carpet and Japanese auto-toilet lid and automated curtain.

I have stayed in this hotel multiple times, like the room cleanliness and hotel location, breakfast has wide variety of food to choose from, but taste wise can be better, gym is quite nice, it even has a device for boxing as well, overall happy with the stay............

Location was great, just opposite of Samyan Mitrtown. Hotel room size was ok and clean, service was good. Breakfast choices were excellent. The only disappointment was the wifi connection and you can hear the noise coming from the road.

They offer a welcome drink in the lobby which is jasmine tea. Costs around 500 THB to get to the airport. This is inclusive of toll fees. Close to experiment coffee haha

Hotel stay was great but the location accessibility to BTS line is a bit far ..

*Location: excellent! 3 mins walk to Wat Lamphong and Sam Yan MRT. *Room: good. Clean and decent room *Guest service: excellent. Staff always ready to greet and assist you. *Buffet breakfast: good. Wide spread of choice.

Great location in Silom Samyan. It’s only a 5-min walk from the MRT Samyan Station. Samyan Mitrtown Shopping Centre, just right across the road from the hotel, has a big food court, many shops and a supermarket. Walking about 15 minutes or taking 5-min taxi ride can go to the local food paradise Patham Wan. There, you will find Michelin local food stalls like Jeh O Chula serving hotpot Mama noodles and J Aoi Som Tum serving traditional and new-style spicy Thai mango salad. The facilities like the swimming pool and gym are nice. Don’t forget to book the massage service at the lobby Let’s Relax Spa. 👍🏻👍🏻

This is my family’s 2nd visit to this hotel. What drew us to come back was the fantastic service and environment. It’s a hotel with many connected rooms, an ideal for families of 4!

Everything is good. Very chill. The swimming pool is nice and the breakfast is super decent. It’s definitely worth the money.
