Stayed at this hotel multiple times, value for money, gym is rather well equipped, it has a punching bag as well, location is great, nearby is Sam Yan mrt station, breakfast is normal, not really great, rooms are clean.........................

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mandarin Hotel Bangkok, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every aspect. From the moment I arrived, the staff’s warm hospitality stood out. Every team member, from the concierge to housekeeping, was attentive, courteous, and genuinely eager to make my stay comfortable. Check-in was swift and hassle-free, and I was personally guided to my room with helpful explanations of the hotel’s amenities. The room was spacious, spotless, and tastefully designed, blending contemporary décor with subtle Thai touches. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the bathroom came equipped with a rainfall shower and high-quality toiletries. Daily housekeeping was meticulous, and the in-room amenities, including free Wi-Fi, a minibar, and a smart TV, added to the convenience. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet. It offered an impressive variety of Thai and international dishes, all fresh and flavorful. The restaurant’s ambiance was calm and inviting, making it an ideal spot to start the day. Location-wise, Mandarin Hotel is hard to beat. It’s just a short walk to the MRT Sam Yan station, offering quick access to shopping areas like Siam and Silom, as well as Bangkok’s cultural landmarks. The proximity to the Samyan Mitrtown mall and local eateries adds another layer of convenience. Overall, the Mandarin Hotel Bangkok delivers excellent value for money. Very good hotel. Good facilities and helpful staff. Restaurants very good with tasty dishes. Good location too.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the service was great overall. The room was clean and had everything I needed—basis abd a little bit old, but totally fine for a comfortable stay. The best part is the location. It’s right in the center, directly opposite Samyan mittown, which made everything super convenient and easy to access.

The Hotel is clean and has very fresh air when you enter into the hotel. Room is very clean , bed is very comfortable. American buffet breakfast should try . Make your Tammy happy. Swimming pool is clean and make you relax. Overall 9/10.
