There was smell of mold when we just arrived , we asked aircon to be cleaned . It was done ,but there was still a little smell although was very clean

I am going to be honest with this review.
PROS: Housekeeping and Restaurant staff are very friendly and warm.
CONS: Restaurant for breakfast is chaotic. You have to be in the crowd when trying to get food. No system placed in this restaurant whatsoever. Also on our last day, foods were not replenished. We actually had to leave since there was no food left.
- FRONT DESK do not have customer skills at all. They are just there checking in and out customers. I did not even know until our last day that the hotel offers a free shuttle bus. Nothing was communicated upon check-in. But at check out, they give you a card with a QR code to scan and provide your review. Hmm what can I say.
- BELL BOYS. Nowhere to be found. Nobody helped us with our luggages.
Overall, the stay was 4/10. I recommend you find yourself a different hotel where warmth and hospitality exist.

Another great stay at the Chatrium. They cannot be faulted on their service, cleanliness and professionalism. Breakfast every morning is top notch.and when you report any problem they are right onto it.
I'd definitely recommend it.

Good hotel, location in soi .. messy. So many buildings..I get room at 5.30 pm to long waiting even thrusday...breakfast delicious and staff friendly... only 1 point to get room ready to get in room so late then wait for long time.. rest is good

Little lack than my expectation.
Location is not good for me, and facilities are quite old. Staffs are very kinds but though, general my feeling at this hotel was not great,
so I will better stay at Chatrium riverside than this residence hotel.

It has good swimming pool, playground for kids, gym. The room conditions are generally fine and spacious. It is a good place for a family with kidos.
