房型入口設計有點窄小，孩子進出有時候跑 有點擔心.
攜程酒店服務管家和酒店服務非常好，曼谷交通太堵，我們延遲到13:00抵達酒店，給我們退房延遲.
晚上游泳太冷.
不得不説地址是真的好. 周邊全是購物中心，百宮就在多面.
下次提前定優惠點還會選這裏.

Another wonderful stay at Centara Grand! They prepared a surprise for our anniversary with flowers, chocolate and champagne. Location is one of the best with direct accessibility to Central world via BKK convention centre. Breakfast was good and room was comfy and good size. My preferred choice in BKK! Super convenient.

I recently stayed at Centara Grand Bangkok. The location is genuinely excellent which is directly connected to CentralWorld, very convenient for shopping and dining.
However, the service overall felt just average. Staff were polite but not very attentive or proactive compared to other luxury hotels in the city like Chatrium Grand Hotel (big shoutout to Director Nattadej).
The room was comfortable, but the experience didn’t feel as refined as expected for the price.
That said, Centara Grand Manager Mr. Joe stood out with genuinely good and attentive service, and I truly appreciated his effort — he was the highlight among the team.

This is our go to hotel whenever we visit Bangkok. My favorite part is their breakfast buffet which has the fresh orange juice machine! Their breakfast spread is delicious and has a lot of variety to choose from. Some notable dishes for me are their croissants/flaky pastries by Chef Francesco who was really friendly and generous. I also like their fried chicken and grilled pork skewers, congee with the condiments and they have unlimited arugula which is a rare find even in other 5 star hotels!
Another pro is that it's connected directly to Centralworld so less walking for the seniors, very convenient.
Service is excellent. The Filipino waitresses in the club lounge and restaurants (Samantha) and doormen/porter were very helpful and friendly.
We'll definitely be coming back here again and again.

It is the 3rd time I stayed in this hotel. All hotel staffs are very nice and helpful. It is easy to go to the shopping mall. We can buy everything what we want. There is no need to go anywhere. Also, it is very near BTS as well. The traffic is more convenience.

We stayed in this hotel many times since its grand opening years ago. We experienced its changes thru the years. We found out that they are doing fine in upgrading the hotel facilities and room furnishings to meet the 5-star hotel standard.
The location is excellent, right at the Centre of city hub. Connected to the famous CentralWorld and other malls around.
Hotel staff are nice, friendly and helpful. We can really relax and enjoy our holidays with ease. We will definitely choose this hotel again for our next trip to Bangkok!
