Location is ok, 10 min walk from BTS. Better to walk the sky bridge to CentralWorld and walk down the road during the night. The stay was pleasant and nice swimming pool and gym. Breakfast has a good variety and also lots of fruits. Suitable for families. It’s also close to Let’s Relax Spas and shopping malls.

This hotel is at a very great location. It has direct access to central world. Services provided by the hotel are excellent. Highly recommended.

Room was old but clean. Great breakfast with variety of different options. View is amazing if you will get high floor and convenient locationgo by BTS. During check in receptionist told baby cot is not available after I told that baby cot was confirmed by call before I complete booking- she found it and send to the room immediately.

2nd time staying at this hotel. Booked a family premium room for 4. Room was not made on the second day and called twice to get the room service to clean the room. Most comfy bed that I stayed in so many hotels.

Repeat stay. Good location. Near to malls and supermarket. Near pickup point for day trip too.

The daily breakfast was a delicious spread of international dishes like Thai, Western and even Indian cuisines. Centrally located near shopping malls, it was ideal for families to travel and shop. Even Klook tours are based there, hence it was one of the main attractions for being there.

Superb location. Spacious room. Great service. The hotel was fantastic - located within Centalworld which is close to Big C, Platinum Square and Erawan Shrine. Our room has great view of the Siam skyline and was spacious and clean. Sound proofing of rooms can be improved though, as you can hear the conversation and door bell from next door. Breakfast selection and food quality were great too. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay here again!

Good location as located upper the Central World Mall. Tasty of the breakfast buffet in hotel. Service was excellent. 5th time visit.

The location is the big selling point. Easy access to Central World which is my favourite shopping/dining place in Bangkok

Very convenient and nice hotel. Staffs are very friendly. Room is very spacious. 2nd time staying in this hotel. Will definitely book this hotel when i visit BKK again.

I stayed in this hotel a few times n I really like the location! Shopping mall below n no lack of restaurants n cafes! Walking distance by covered walkway to Erawan shrine, Big C and Platinum mall! Can even walk to Siam paragon from level 1 hotel entrance behind, just a short walk 6-8mins instead of taking BTS, or covered walkway or Tuk Tuk. Nice room n good service .
