There was no basic kettle provided in the room to boil water — I had to specifically request one.
Although a microwave was available, that was the only convenience.
I accidentally spilled a drink and urgently used a towel to clean it up. Later, I was charged a 200 baht penalty for making the towel "dirty," which felt excessive, especially since I had generously tipped housekeeping.
When I asked to book a morning airport transfer, the concierge insisted on calling a car he knew. He encouraged me to cancel my Grab booking (which was 300 baht), and I ended up paying 500 baht instead. On top of that, the driver tried to avoid toll fees by taking long detours, and I almost arrived late to the airport.
