Being there for business and stayed at a Club Floor Room. Excellent Service. The Thai Restaurant on the 52/F is very nice, food tasty and service the first rated. The swimming is not big but good enough if only sun bathing. Gym room was under renovation but still opened. Look forward to having a great and modern one coming. Will consider to stay again in my next visit.

The room had me seeing the Bangkok skyline differently with such breathtaking views. The facilities were well equipped and the pool was quite nice - cozy and intimate. The staffs were tremendously helpful and courteous, making this one of my most wonderful stay in Bangkok ever.

nice though a bit far away from the city

the entrance of Banyan Tree isn’t on the main road but have to get into via the side of a connected building also manages by Banyan tree, still not difficult to look out for.
All staff are greeting the guests nicely from the entrance to the front desk and escort us to the lounge checking in floor. The girls at the lounge checkin counters are even more professional and nice.
We are staying at the 1BR Serenity suite which is spacious and classically designed. The bed and pillows are just perfect for everyone. The bathroom is huge and clean with bath tub (incl. bath foam, oil and salt).
The day/ night beautiful scenery of the whole of Bangkok can be enjoyed from the top floor bar of the hotel.
We must visit the hotel again next round to Bangkok.

The hotel located in the city center which is 10 mins walking distance to the closest BTS station with no shuttle service. And, there are not very much nearby so it might not be too convenient for most travelers. However the room is very spacious with very decent city line view! And the root top restaurant & bar is VERY NICE AND IMPRESSIVE! Must go!

Even though there were some issues, the management team (Annie Park and another Thai male manger who came to my room to check amenities during night, sorry I forgot his name) really tried to solve all the problems.
They upgraded my room, extended my check-out time, and gave me lots of greetings.
I will definitely go back to this hotel!
I recommend club room.
