Even though there were some issues, the management team (Annie Park and another Thai male manger who came to my room to check amenities during night, sorry I forgot his name) really tried to solve all the problems.
They upgraded my room, extended my check-out time, and gave me lots of greetings.
I will definitely go back to this hotel!
I recommend club room.

Hotel is start to feel old. Service is good but room quality no longer 5 star

Initially i was worried that the location is slightly away from the train station. It turns out not that bad unless it is raining. The walk to nearby station is still convenient.
thank you for the exceptional service during my stay. I truly enjoyed it and will definitely recommend the hotel to others.
The bed was super comfortable. I had a good rest and felt rejuvenated.
The breakfast buffet was delicious to my tastebuds. But perhaps maybe the hotel can introduce more local savoury dishes. Noodles station was my favourite.
The pool,gym and sauna area is a bit limited to my liking but still good.
Staffs were friendly too. Keep up the good work.

Really my stay Banyan Tree hotel which is still my favourite hotel in Bangkok after so many years. Service is excellent and breakfast is great. Location is good and very close to MTR

Perfect! The room is clean and the bed is soft ! Everything is ok and every staff is friendly , they remembered my birthday and sent me a cake ! They also learned Chinese to send me the best wishes! The moon bar is so beautiful! Thank you very much ! Hope all of you have a happy life!

it was a great experience staying in the banyan.
although the location is not very well and the premise is a little aging, the spacious room and the roof top bar still have their value. recommended.

excellent service, spacious room, lounge is generous with food and cocktail in evening. tutu can be provided to nearby train station. free access to the top of the bar. massage always fully booked.

Hotel is old and in need of refurbishment. The sink was leaky. Service staff was good and so was its location.
