Had called the hotel on the day of arrival, to inform our late check-in due to our late flight, and requested for a clean, quiet and non-smoking room.
Initially, communication was a slight challenge, but with the use of a few key words, message was able to bring across.
A pleasant surprise when we arrived, the room was very much to our satisfaction.
It’s another pleasant stay in Asia Hotel Bangkok!

I have to give a big thank you to PGoong the manager and her team at the front desk. She was exceptional in her service. So you know there is two different breakfast buffets. The premium and suite packages have chefs that cook some items fresh at request as well as some buffet the other packages have an extensive buffet but not that option to cook fresh. I have celiac so the premium option was better for me. I highly recommend those with food allergies to take that option.
The lobby renovations also look amazing.

It is our third stay in this hotel and the hotel upgrades the quality continously. What we like is the location where is near to the local transportation and such a big shopping mall.

Great and beautiful hotel, the female counter staff are so helpful, I can't say the same for the guy at the check in reception counter. I did my check in at 11am and he ask me to come back at 3pm, I say it's ok. I ask him to please give me a room with a nice view, the floor have all rooms with a view inside the swimming pool and outside but he give me the only one room with a view to a storage unit. I ask him what time the swimming pool close and the guy told me at 2pm. What a as$%%^&@o I went to the check in counter again, and the girl was very kind to change our room to a better one.
Also the staff who keep the bags are very kind and always smiling. I think their will do better at front desk.

I had a really good experience staying at Asia Hotel Bangkok. The best part? The hotel let me check out late! 🙌 That gave me extra time to do some last-minute shopping, head back to the room, pack everything properly, and freshen up before leaving. Super convenient!
The location is perfect—right next to the BTS station, so it was easy to get around. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful the whole time.
Really appreciated the late check-out. It made my last day in Bangkok so much more relaxed. Would definitely stay here again!

I extended two nights, the staffs were friendly and very supported. There were two buffer restaurant for breakfast and two pools.
I prefer to stay from 14floors with the city view

Hotel loaction is excellent, Ratchatewi metro station is just outside, a 5 minutes walk is all you need. There is a link bridge from hotel to the station. It had undergone some renovation not too long ago. The lobby has changed and looks so much better.

The hotel staff demonstrated professionalism and courtesy. The hotel's location offers convenient proximity to the city center. However, the assigned room presented some drawbacks. The room's ambiance was negatively impacted by the odor of aged carpeting, and the bedding caused some discomfort. Although the room offered a window, the view was obstructed by an emergency staircase. While a room change could have been requested, the late check-in and subsequent return from shopping, coupled with the late hour, made it impractical. Despite this, the hotel appears to be popular with guests. It appears that the assigned room was less than ideal, being situated in a remote corner.
