Besides facilities and location, great staff is the most attractable element that I keep returning to this hotel. Pleasant Pony, reception team staff, provides me about fireworks info at river promenade. Guests love bar attendant Mr Na, he is cheerful and speak with humour in fluent English. Restaurant staff are the busiest among a few Quarter hotels I visited, yet they are the most gentle and let you truly experience what is excellent services. You may redeem a fruit platter with Go green coupon if no need changing beddings. My plate of melons & pineapples are freshly cut into shape of Christmas trees. How cute. The reception staff also demonstrates good services at small details. This hotel is the BEST among Quarter Group. Love it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The quarter Chaophraya hotel along the Chao Phraya River, and it was a wonderful experience. The serene location offered stunning views of the river. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. The room was spacious, clean. However, I would suggest that the breakfast could be improved with more variety, as it felt a bit limited in options.

Really nice hotel. Lots of weird reviews here. You don't have to ask for a river view room. The pool has a direct view of the river. There are two good restaurants. The convenience is in the hotel. Sauna, fitness center, and pool are free. You can walk to Icosiam in less than ten minutes. Reasonable price. It's only been open for a year. Taxi from the airport is about $10.

This place saved my trip!!! We checked into a horrible hotel and desperately needed another place to stay; and we found The Quarter! This place is amazing, clean, convenient, and has such great vibes! PROS: - - very new and modern hotel - friendly staff - Lawsons inside hotel (closes around midnight) - Lek massage inside hotel (make an appointment easily using the Lek app!) - great pool with lots of lounging areas all around the hotel - room is well-designed - toilet has a bidet - toiletries are provided (Mt. Sapola) - towels are fresh and clean - SmartTV in the room - wifi is pretty good - bed is firm and comfortable - blackout curtains work amazingly well (we had incredible sleeps every night!) - beautiful view of the Chaophraya river - side door out that leads you on a ~10 min walk to ICONSIAM and ICS - balcony is lovely to chill on - sufficient clothes hanging space in the room - plenty of lighting options - USB charger attached to bedhead - there’s a cute hotel kitty!!!!! - so many great amenities; gym, sauna, pool (all provide extra towels for you!), kids indoor play area, in-house coffeehouse (Casa Lapin) CONS: - - location is slightly limited (but this is also a pro if you don’t want that whole “bangkok jam” experience) - when it rains there are some unsheltered areas - water temperature fluctuates (it gets really nice and hot but every few mins or so becomes cool and then back to hot again; you get used to it🤷🏻♀️) - mozzies come out to play at your balcony once the sun sets, but hey, it’s Asia. That’s just the way it is - there are sounds from the boats, but honestly, if you’re not a CRAZY LIGHT SLEEPER, you won’t even notice it (our record for longest sleep was 9h, so the boats didn’t bother us at all) - breakfast (THB350/person) was mediocre at best (there are a TON of great food options nearby! Just take a walk out of the main hotel entrance in the morning and eat with the locals!) TLDR; stay here. You will not regret it. Unless you’re a light sleeper, maybe.

All staffs were very helpful and friendly. I asked for some medical cream as I got a few blisters and they quickly offered help. However, the entire hotel had such overwhelming artificial aromatic mist that made me gag. I meant the ENTIRE hotel including the rooms. The room had such a foul smell that I believe it was coming from the molded AC. The bathroom had horrible smell coming from the pipes too. There were black stains and insects on my bed…. I had to check out a few days early and book another hotel to save my trip. Sadly I couldn’t get any refund… Never coming again…although the price was a steal

Wi-Fi is not good. Others are all good.
