Terrible. Do not stay at this unclean hotel. Room, including the bed and washroom, had ants. Size of the rooms are quite small too

I booked the hotel because they said on the Trip.com website that they had a balcony, but when I checked in, I found out that this hotel didn't have any rooms with a balcony. Well, Trip.com has compensated me with some extra Trip.com coins. However, Ramada doesn't feel like it is their problem, even though I sent them a note after my booking to remind them about the balcony (It was a few weeks before I check-in), Ramada never replied or said anything that the balcony was not available, otherwise I could have enough time to cancel the booking and find another hotel.
And the "gym" they have are just a few dumbbells and two treadmills placed next to the elevators' corridor, you can't call it a GYM.

Hotel is good, missing is Indian food in menu and breakfast buffet and location is not in city centre point but for a quite peaceful stay it’s good to be here

Fabulous hotel, meets all the criterias of a foyr star property. The location is disadvantagious for anyone seeking to stay near the city centre.

When I check in I had the most pleasant experience. At the reception I encounter with Mamy who helped me at the reception he was pleasant and very friendly he even told me and recommended me to some other places. Very very helpful unlike some of his colleagues that I encounter just not too friendly. If you have a chance to engage with Mamy you will know the difference but overall great place and great location.
