Disappointed – No refund even with a medical certificate
Before my stay, I unfortunately became seriously ill and was unable to travel. I contacted the hotel, explained my condition, and even provided a medical certificate to confirm that I wasn’t fit to travel. While they did offer to reschedule, I couldn’t commit to a new date due to the uncertainty of my recovery — so I respectfully asked for a refund.
Despite having valid medical proof, my request was declined. I understand that policies are in place, but this situation called for a bit more understanding. Being unwell and losing the entire booking fee — even with a doctor’s note — felt unfair and disheartening.
I hope the management reconsiders how they handle special cases like this. Illness is never planned, and sometimes empathy matters more than strict rules.

Price is good for the room. Room is big with a living room and a mini kitchen. Not very secluded as to walk to thonglor ekamai where all the bars and clubs are

One of my favorite places to stay in the area of Thonglor. The hotel is older but refurbished beautifully and very clean and comfortable. Beautiful pool and views from the pool area are outstanding. The bed and pillows were great and the furniture in the living room was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and professional, they also provide a small shuttle to the Thonglor businesses.

Love this place in a back street Thonglor soi… it’s such a comfortable little home from home, fabulous bed & linen, full kitchen pretty much, cosy cosy ❤️ for a brilliantly competitive price. My go-to Bangkok place. Must have done over 100+ nights over the past few years
