I booked a standard single room, but it was the size of a double room and was comfortable. There is air conditioning and a ceiling fan. There is a very large restaurant on the first floor that you can use freely. The room was on the fourth floor and there was no elevator, but the price was cheap so it didn't bother me. It's a good guesthouse.

My plans suddenly changed and I arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night in heavy rain, but I was grateful for the kind welcome. There was no elevator, so it was difficult to carry my heavy suitcase up the steep stairs to the 5th floor. I only paid in cash and didn't have much cash on hand, so I wish I could pay by credit card. There was no air conditioning in the room, only a large electric fan. It was raining heavily, so it was very hot and humid and I couldn't sleep. I think it would have been fine if I was younger. I stayed here for one night as a break during my trip.
My room was on the 5th floor and there was no elevator, so I had to go up and down the stairs. I don't know about other rooms, but my room had no air conditioning and only two fans, so it was very hot. The window was open, but closing the door to the room prevented the air from passing through, so it felt cooler outside than inside, so I wanted to sleep with the door open lol
The view from the rooftop was great, as I could see the whole city. The downtown area was less than a 10-minute walk away, and it wasn't too noisy or unsafe.
