The hotel is very central - close to many tourist attractions but also located in a cozy alley, so you will get your sleep in as well. Em, the owner of the hotel, is a wonderful host and very knowledgeable about the city. Highly recommend and will definitely come back as well!

I have been to Thailand many times, and this is the best B&B I have ever stayed in. Management is safe. Very strategically located place. The room was very stylish. I have to praise the staff here, they are very attentive and friendly. The service is beyond your imagination. There will be motorcycles around, so you need to bring earplugs just in case. But it won't affect your rest. The breakfast was very delicious. You can walk to the Grand Palace and other places. I don't understand Chinese but there is no communication barrier at all. Live with peace of mind. Comments are not recharged. Recharge is a dog.

It's near the Grand Palace and about 10 minutes from Khao San Road.
My room was on the first floor in front of a small courtyard.
I could hear the conversations from the rooms on the second floor clearly and the footsteps were quite loud so I couldn't sleep.
The 22-year-old male staff member kindly showed me around.

High security. The boss guy is a handsome Thai guy. He speaks good English. He will ask if there are any taboos or allergies for breakfast. It’s a pity that I wake up very late haha

The hotel was very sweet, the staff lovely and bed really comfortable. It is such great value for money. Breakfasts were traditional Thai and so delicious everyday. Amazing location also- a walk to grand palace and emerald Buddha, and walk to Khao Shan road area. I can’t fault anything.

Best place to stay if you want a Genuine Thailand experience without the tourist hustle and bustle in Bangkok. Located in old town close to the palace, this gym exceeded my expectations. Wonderful and friendly staff, who became like family. It’s located near high profile government buildings and is completely safe. Walking distance to the palace and temples. If there’s openings to stay here, I highly recommend booking. You will not be disappointed.
