The receptionist, Mai Meow is very helpful and friendly. She even suggested a place to visit near our next destination. About the cleaner/maintenace, I think they forgot to change this bottle as it's open when I took it in the fridge.

Great location, accessible to the main road.

Very convenient, in the middle of Sukhumvit, near 3em, cute rooms, clean, very close to BTS Phrom Phong. Walk out of the alley and get to BTS. In the alley there are 7-11 and Lawson's. It's easy to find food to eat. I recommend it.

The sound insulation is very poor, and the sound of the door opening next door is very loud. Can't sleep at all

The little brother at the front desk knows some Chinese and is very enthusiastic. The room is fairly tidy. You need to tell the front desk to clean the room. There are also many places to eat and play nearby.

It’s pretty good. There are three of us, my friend and I. Normally, there are two bedrooms. When you’re bored, it’s very comfortable to lie on the sofa in the living room and watch TV and play with your mobile phone.

My whole experience here was just amazing. They were very helpful from the beginning, booking the room and getting me checked in earlier. And when it was time to leave, they allow me to store my bags for a few hours so I could shop around . Only thing is that probably put some hand soap and things. Thanks guys

We checked into this hotel after a recommendation from a friend. As we walked in, the reception smelt mouldy and the hotel tried to charge me an additional card charge despite my booking inclusive of the room rate and all other charges. After a heated discussion, the hotel relented and reluctantly removed the card charges. Once in our room, which was unlocked as we went in, the floor was damaged, the ac was not working properly, the bed sheets had not been changed. As we pulled bed sheets off, the mattresses were disgusting, stained and clearly no mattress protectors had been used. Upon closer inspection of the rooms, it was evident that despite their claims, the room had not been cleaned. Further, we booked for 2 adults and 3 children, however there was only 2 beds and no space to add a roll-away bed for our third child. We didn’t even get to raise this as we had decided that we would be leaving. The hotel reception was understanding and clearly embarrassed but refused to provide a full refund. Instead, they chose to withhold one nights charge. Whilst this is within their rights, the fact the room was in the state it was, and wasn’t big enough to accommodate our family (the booking was for 5, we didn’t just turn up with the extra child!) we hoped they would refund the full amount. I asked to speak with the manager who refused to come to the hotel and discuss our issues. They also refused to speak on the phone, showing that customer service comes a distant second to profiteering and false advertising. If you are considering staying at this hotel, I would strongly recommend you look at the Ibis on Sukhumvit 24 which is only 200 metres away. It is the same price but 100 times better!!!

The room experience is good, but the sound insulation is not good.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. The staff is incredibly kind. The staff helped us a lot with the administrative procedures during the complications of our stay. They have their hearts on their sleeves. I recommend with eyes closed.
