Love this little hotel but prices have increased a lot since last year. Hopefully will have a chance to stay here again.

I love the location. Overall this hotel is good but the toilet's door is quite hardly pull to close it

Big room with kitchen. Bed too firm for my liking. Overall it’s clean. Short walk to Foodland and Terminal 21. Will visit again. Would prefer non fabric sofa.

This is my favorite place to stay. Cost per stay as creeped up from the last time. Laundry token increased to 120 baht (previously 90 baht) so you’ll need 240 baht for both wash and dry. It’s still a great place to stay. With great amenities like microwave, cutlery, stove in unit. Didn’t cook but did use the microwave. They have a self service coffee maker in the lobby which is good. Will be back as long as it’s in my budget.

Clean and like new. Comfortable and friendly staff. Happy staying will come back again. Walking about 10 min to T21 Metro station and BTS

Very comfortable stay! Hotel is walking distance from the nearest BTS and most places are accessible by sky train/subway.

Clean and spacious room! Very near to Terminal 21 about 8minutes walk away. Would definitely book again.

Super Big room. There is an extra pillow in cupboard if needed. Room is Clean. Very good location. Near to BTS and MRT. able to walk to hotel from BTS / MRT easily using Skywalk + cutting through an office/mall. There is a 7-11 nearby and also a supermarket. Free coffee dispensing machine in lobby and free ice water.

A very comfortable for moving around city by sky and underground train .. Highly recommend if looking for central of city ..

Nice and clean room with utensils in the kitchenette. About 10min walk from Asok / Sukhumvit station. Convenience store and food are available close by.

Good location and just few mins to MRT station. A aged service apartment but renovated recently, all looks good except for very old TV. Not a bad option if you are not picky and good for value at 2500++thb per night.

I like this hotel for the value it represents, the location (appreciate that it’s not facing the main road and the quietness of the small road is wonderful) and it’s a good option for someone looking for a no-frills option. The only item which needs to look into is the strange smell of the towels. I have asked housekeeping to change it multiple times but they all had that smell! Other than that, can’t fault the hotel.
