Loud and disturbing to the point of not being able to sleep. therefore requesting to change rooms which the employees understand and can change So got a room next to the balcony on the 4th floor. The car noise was still loud. But it's better than the 2nd floor. I'd like to recommend that the hotel find a way to block noise from outside. Because overall it's a good hotel, clean, lovely staff.
