Hotel pros:
Lovely entry. Restaurant access. There is a travel agent next to the hotel. Also there is a Lawson and 7 eleven close by to get your snacks or everyday needs.
Beds are made daily. Staff members are respectful.
Clean hallways.
Hotel cons:
Room is dated (old). No plug next to the bed. Plug in the bathroom can only use for shavers. In the entire room, you can only charge your electronics at one point in the room. It was quite annoying. I stayed for 6 nights and it was driving me crazy. If you will stay for longer and don’t mind, great. If not buy an extension cord.
Rooms were a bit dusty. But not overly dirty.
Walls could be painted.
The shower in the bathroom has a tub and you have to be careful not to fall when getting in and out.
Restaurant meals were the same everyday. So boring.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. However the amenities, machines the are in our room look so old already and outdated. Need some renovations. But for short stays, it was ok.

Hotel popular with Chinese tour groups and so you can expect loud neighbors and busy lobby.
The room was ok. Comfortable bed but pillows not so much. The shower was hot and had poor water pressure.
The gym is well equipped but busy. The pool was very cold.
Wifi decent. Check in and out decent.
Lawson & 7/-11 connected. The hotel does a shuttle to the BTS every hour.
If you walk, it's 20 minutes to the BTS.
I wouldn't stay here again.

Huge room , also have a nice swimming pool to chill with , from National stadium station need to walk around 10 minutes to hotel
Under hotel have convenient store to get what you want
The room is clean and easy to handle with the control panel for the lights and temperatures of rooms
It’s nice when you travel alone can have more space to relax

I got to stay in my favourite room in the North Tower where I have stayed five times. The location of the Twin Towers Hotel is very good because it is a fairly close walk to Siam Square and the MBK Mall. There are lots of interesting streets near the hotel. The weather was hot but the room was very nice and cool. The swimming pool very is nice to swim in when the weather gets hot. It is good going down to the breakfast area to try lots of food. They now have a good shop at the front of the hotel which I went to many times. I recommend this hotel as a great place to stay in Bangkok.

The lobby was great and there is a Lawson directly on the hotel. The rooms are big and clean. It’s a bit loud though and I think the bathrooms could need a make over. For October price it’s a great deal I’m not sure if I would pay the January rates.
