This hotel is in an excellent location really close to victory monument BTS but also a big shopping mall with loads of restaurants cafes and shops / stalls.

to be honest, the hotel is a bit dark. its not very inviting. energy is down because of the space we into. thf rooms were spaciuos but really old. modesty aside, the hotel needs an uplift. location is really good tho.

For its price and location, this hotel is a very good option. Very spacious, with separate living room area, clean. Lobby is also spacious and aesthetic. Walking distance to BTS, malls, convenient storea. Will definitely consider this again when we come back.

The hotel very big. Good service start from arrive till check out. Clean bathroom. Big refregirator, clean room. I like this area hotel. Near to 7-11 We extend 1 night because of their fantastic service 😍

Location is good. But room is old and smell in room no good. 🧐🧐🧐🧐

They need to put some more effort on cleaning. The bathroom was full of hairs and there were roaches everywhere.

Location good to the shopping market

Location is great. Staff are friendly and helpful however the amenities are just not enough. No slippers, bathroom and not enough towels and cups provided for the exact number of guests. The beds are quite old and uncomfortable. The floor was sticky and still had some coffee stain from previous guests. If you’re on a budget this is the place to go as it’s still comfortable enough.

If you come to stay for a few day this not bad choice for you but for us; we are not comfortable staying. check in time at 14.00 pm .. and there is no luggage storage room

The location of hotel is convenience. 5mins walk to BTS, 10 mins walk to airport express. It is not a new hotel. The bathroom is newly renovated, but not the room. Air conditioning is good. Hot water is not stable. Should be a budget selection.

This The Victory Residences Bangkok is in a good location and it is just 0.4 kilometer (400 meters) ( about 5 minutes ) walk away from Victory Monument BTS station. Next, there are many restaurants, seven eleven stores and massage parlours with 2-3 minute walking distance. Next, hotel reception is friendly and provides 24/7 service and room service staffs are super friendly and fulfill customers' requests. The reception even helped me with laundry service. They charged 30 baht for washing machine (it took about an hour to finish washing in washing machine) and then 10 baht for 10 minutes for drier (they recommended 60 minutes and I used drier for 60 minutes and so all my clothes turned out to be completely dry). I washed about 25 clothes (shirts and t-shirts and boxers) in one go. I stayed in one room and my parents stayed in another room which is just in front of me. Rooms are clean and spacious enough and the price is very affordable at such an excellent location. Shower facilities are great too. It looks a bit old but given the price, excellent location (close to everywhere), and second-to-none services, I would give the best rating to this The Victory Residences Bangkok Hotel without thinking twice.
