The location was fantastic around the different types of transportation, easy check-in, the staff was friendly at the front desk and the room was clean!

There were cockroaches in the hotel room. And the shower gel was not provided. When I informed the front desk to clean the room properly and requested for the shower gel, there was no action taken. And the other day, there was no room service because the hotel staff did not provide the clean towels and clean the room. There was no sign of anymore entered the room.

I stayed for 2 nights for about $23 aud a night and went to pay for the third night, and it was over $40,I paid and moved out
Doubling the price while l was already staying is just @#uking rude
