Although advertise it is available to put extra bed but it doesn't . Staff dont speak. English and attitude is poor. I do not recommend people to stay there. I dont like people cheat.

The service was extremely poor. The waiters were whispering to each other and gave us a room with a broken TV, unchanged sheets, and a faulty water heater. The room was not cleaned after the previous guest checked out. We reported it to the front desk and asked to change the room. The front desk said that the room you had already checked in live, want to change need charged a cleaning fee . Reporting it to trip.com did not help.

Good hotelroom, bathroom looks a bit old, but is clean and does, what it should do.
Location is outside the city center, but the Metro station is directly at the end of the street and there are many shops, restaurants and markets nearby.
