The room could have been close to perfect but unfortunately the aircon was making a loud noise, like really loud. I called the front desk and asked for another room. The hotel was fully booked so they apologized and promised to send someone to fix it the next day. He came and put tape on it but that did not fix the problem. I taped it more myself that night but still couldn't get the noise down as it should be. Other than that the room was okay and the location is in the middle of Nana.

Upon checking into the hotel room. I went to have a shower after travelling and I noticed that there was a condom wrapper on the floor inside the shower. Immediately checked out and no refund given, received a whopping 249 trips coins from Trip.com Terrible after care support

Big hole in the ceiling of my room that leaked onto my backpack. I mentioned this to the staff and they didn’t seem to think it was an issue at all. Would not stay again. Location is good however.

This was the perfect location for a visa run. Walking north from the hotel, it is only 4 minutes to the visa center. At night... Just a 3-7 minute walk to any kind of night life you would like in soi 11

The bathroom was smelling and blocked sink I asked for assistance but nothing. Showering in blocked bathroom no no no no

The location is very good, the boss is very friendly, there is a 711 downstairs, there are many massage shops next to it, and Nana Bar Street is around the corner. Disadvantages: The bathroom is small, the shower door and the toilet door are in the way of each other, the toilet is behind the door, and the door handle may hit your head accidentally when you get up after using the toilet.
