This hotel is great for staying in the heart of bangkok. The rooms are very large and contain many amenities and facilities such as a safe, mini fridges, large flat screen TV and a chair and desk with mirror which is perfect for getting ready. The bathroom is also very nice and clean with nice assortment of shampoos etc provided and good shower pressure. I was pleasantly surprised to also find out my room included a balcony. The staff are extremely welcoming and helpful and I could not recommend a place more

My wife had a hospital appointment at Bumrungard Hospital. The hotel is right next to hospital, and hotel offers free shuttles to hospital. The hotel is highly recommended if visiting the hospital. The hotel is very clean. Other amenities weren’t used.

Booked this hotel due to close to Bumrungrad hospital. Hotel sent us with buggy to hospital and picked us up. Very good service. Booked family connecting room and one more double room.

Hotel was clean and staff were extremely friendly, great location and modern design.
Only thing that was abit of putting was that it showed up as 2 different hotels on google, so getting grabs were near on impossible.

Location is far from malls and train stations . The front desk manager is very helpful and friendly that’s a big plus but the hotel rooms are too. old and probably some renovation would be great.
