It works for budget conscious but for me it's not really worth it other than friendly staffs. Bts is about 7 mins walk (but not for elderly), inconsistent warm water pressure, room looks sad and aged. We stayed for 5 nights with a run down view, travelling quite frequently to Bangkok, staying in different budget friendly hotels each time but this is just not for us. Will definitely go for a different hotel on our upcoming trip.

I really didn’t like that there was road repair on the main road at the hotel entrance. The view from the window was of the neighboring building, and it was on the technical floors with a laundry, which caused a lot of noise. The service was good, clean, and cozy. The room looked bigger in the photos, but that’s a minor detail. The breakfasts were delicious! The prices are pleasant. I rate it 4 out of 5
