It was quite strange as a requirement to contact the hotel one day before check when making the booking. Contacted but the hotel which gave a shocking news that my booking was cancelled. It took quite awhile and created much anxiety to figure out what happened and ultimately I found out that the hotel ad overlooked my booking. It was a serious mistake that any hotel shall not make unless very clear. The Hotel needs to review the quality of their staff.
Besides, the hotel didn't provide the agreed amenities until we told them. They also failed to provide the room type requested but they offered an upgrade.
For the pros, the hotel is situated in good location which is around 7-minute's walking to the nearest BTS Nana Station. They even provided a free shuttle service to and from the hotel.
The breakfast was ok but was slow to refill and the restaurant was so small that it was not easy to find a seat when many guests were already there.
The room price was competitive and the environment was quiet which was unlike those hotels which were very close to the BTS Station.
