We were VERY disappointed & shock to realise we HAD to pay MORE ( beside usual BUT HIGH DEPOSIT) at check-in and even EACH Additional NIGHT IF we stay on ...WHEN WE HAD VERY LITTLE MONEY LEFT & check, compare& calculated each Bahts thro the Trip.com& Agoda..YET ... information was not given correctly!!
Though the room was spacious& fridge was good size ...
ALSO ... there were many windows ( though if we stay during day time will be good for sunlight) & Room 305 was beside main road & was still Too bright &noisy to have good sleep & the shower place was too near toilet seat w/o shower curtain and whole toilet got wet when took shower

Awful, terrible experience. after booking and paying for the room in advance I was forced to pay extra amount of money in check in to get the room, otherwise the check in would be denied. the staff from hotel were absolutely impolite and rude, and had a mafious behavior.
I just arrived at late evening to the hotel, so tired from traveling and found this big trouble. I contacted trip.com to explain this issue and they said they will refund the extra payment, but I'm still waiting for it.
the hotel and room are old and dirty, no towel paper, no cleaning everyday. I had to go reception several times to ask for clean towels, toilet paper or soap. not good location, hard to find restaurants nearby, but have 7 eleven near.

From driving to the hotel, it's hard to find parking. The receptionist is Burmese. There is a fee of 60 baht. It's a convenience fee. We booked a superior single room. The employee told me it was all full. There is a double bed left. We accept it. Go into the room. Found expired shower cream and shampoo, refrigerator not cool. There was hair on the pillows in the room. The air conditioner wasn't cool at all. There were no towels so I went to inform the staff. The employee replied that the towels were not yet dry. So decided to change the room, adding 300 baht from the original payment of 750, deposit 500, no tissues, water glasses, the room was noisy, like someone was knocking on the room all night. Anyone who is coming to stay is not recommended to go anywhere else. Worst since the break #Tourist attractions in Bangkok #trip
