The location is very good. Close to shopping and night market and BTS. The breakfast also quite good choice. Only thing is the lift is quite far away from hotel lobby.

Positive - Service was good and the breakfast was great. Very friendly Staff. The location is very close to the busy area of Pratunam. All the amenities were in walking distance. The gym facilities and sauna were good too.
Negative - The hotel was busy and with a last minute booking, the room wasn't as great as expected. The extractor fan was constantly on, the shower was draining slowly, the TV was not working and the window couldn't be opened.

Requested for ONE extra towel for our baby. That’s the ONLY request we asked from front desk and the answer is NO. So we will not continue and cancelled the remaining booking of our trip. DO NOT EXPECT THAILAND HOSPITALITY FROM THEM. I have stayed at a similar hotel price range but they are THE WORST.
