Grande Centre Point Hotel Terminal 21

Happy to stay here again—staff are friendly and the location is super convenient. The hotel shows its age, but overall maintenance is impressive. However, the mattress felt quite worn and had noticeable sagging, which affected sleep quality. Hope the hotel considers upgrading it soon to enhance guest comfort.

The 5/F restaurant is a bit crowded, but the Park Restaurant provides a much more relaxing dining experience.

Excellent location! Right next to Asok station and connecting to Terminal 21! Staff are helpful and polite, took the initiative to offer help! Didn’t get to enjoy the pool and the breakfast so can’t comment~ Highly recommend!

We had stayed several times at The Grande Centre Point hotel at Terminal 21. The upkeep of the hotel is commendable despite its age. With close proximity to the BTS Skytrain, it is very convenient for us to get to anywhere we want. Keep it up!

Cons: ⚠️ Old-Style Light Switches – Lights must be turned on/off manually one by one. A smart lighting system would be a welcome upgrade. ⚠️ Curtains Not Fully Blackout – Some sunlight does filter through in the morning, which may disturb light sleepers. Overall: Highly recommended for travelers who want comfort, convenience, and great amenities in one of Bangkok’s best locations. Perfect mix of leisure and practicality – especially ideal for families or longer stays.
