The swimming pool is always closed. Sometimes the staff is not helpful. One of the morning male staff.

The woman at the front desk was really impolite, didn't even say hello. The room is fine, bathroom could be cleaner (the showerhead and toilet seat). There are toiletries in the room, water, but not tea/coffee.

The room is clean and they give you everything you need: fridge, safe, towels, qtips...everything! The check i. Is pretty quick and it's easy to call a Grab to move around. There are a few restaurants and currency exchange shops in the road nearby, but not much to do. I would recommend if you don't mind moving around with Grab or a scooter.

The viewpoint of the hotel is very broad, but it's not noisy by the main street,there are two 7-11 stores around the hotel. I enjoy its convenient and comfortable, if I come again, I will introduce it to you affationately.

If you are looking for a layover of 1 night on the way to airport or pass through Bangkok, maybe good. Else the location is really strange for a hotel of the quality. Nothing nearby, no restaurants, no markets, no convenience stores. Forget party places or street food. I'm coming back to Bangkok for one night before flying out and no, I wouldn't take my advice either and book somewhere else. The location is so bad on the highway sort of, nothing within walking distance. Else the hotel room and amenities are average at best. Which hotel doesn't provide complimentary coffee/tea sachets? Only good thing is the view from my room windows which is practically a full wall
