Everything amazing beside cleaning service, they just fold used towel and pretend that’s new

Pillow cases were dirty, and the aircon was very loud at night time. Hotel staff was not very polite and friendly to all the customers. However, overall not that bad, the pool is clean and nice. Nice parking lot.

Spacious room but only has one chair with such long table. Food was not bad but everyday almost same food.

Great hotel, very hospitable towards me and my wife. Room service was great and had absolutely no complaints whatsoever apart from it’s a bit far out but the hotel can’t really help that!
Great stay, would recommend 🙂

Missing power outlets
Ac loud but very good
Toilet not so clean, but not bad
Pool area clean with provided towls. I can't see ac in the gym, but I didn't ask.

An older hotel , clean but tired. A long way from anything for a tourist. Too far from public transport like buses ,train etc . Hotel had no tourist information materials . Not even alocal street map showing routes to mrt or local facilities.
