Hotel room is big and spacious.
However, there are constructions happening in front of the hotel and the works continued even at 3/4am!! It’s noisy ! Would appreciate if the hotel inform the guest upon check in if the rooms allocated will be affected by the noise. Also, I understand that hotel has no control over the works and noise, but it would be good if the hotel can provide ear plugs to the affected guests to help them sleep better.

2nd time in this hotel and looking forward for more. Great location, near platinum mall with many eateries around. There's a ton of massage parlor juz outside hotel. But they're building an underground BTS and the main road is jammed. It's already a busy road in the past now it's more challenging. But the hotel provides a one way van shuttle to BTS, Central world and Siam at certain timing so it's great and convenient. Just need to book with concierge. Though it's a great and comfortable hotel, hope the hotel management can look into upgrading the lift, it's small and slow during peak hours like breakfast and checking out.

Really good location and value for money. Don’t get your hopes up for the hotel breakfast though, very average. One thing to note is that there are only 2 main lifts (+1 fireman) servicing 30 floors.

The shower door can’t be closed properly so leaking heavily after use.
There is construction near the hotel and noise can be heard from day to night, especially midnight. I suggest ear plug prepared by hotel will be more welcome.
The best part is Staff are friendly and Concierge is very helpful.

Our stay at the hotel on the 16th floor, facing the main road, was severely impacted by incessant construction noise. The 24/7 work, including knocking and drilling—even at night—made it impossible to sleep properly throughout our three-night stay. Despite reporting the issue to staff, the assurance from the staff that the cessation of work never materialized. We resorted to using earplugs, which did little to alleviate the disruption and significantly detracted from our experience.
The ongoing construction also resulted in a dusty and unpleasant environment. Furthermore, accessing the hotel by taxi proved challenging, with many drivers unwilling to navigate to the hotel, particularly in rainy weather. Pre-booking transport and adding at least 20 minutes to travel time due to potential delays is strongly recommended.
We will not return until the construction is completed. The constant noise and inconvenience simply overshadowed any positive aspects of our stay.

Overall, the service was pretty good, which includes the reception counter, room service and buffet.
The hotel room is big, with 2 queen-sized beds, tables and counters for our luggage and souvenirs, and a big TV with numerous news and movie channels.
The room service staff reacted quickly to our request for more towels and slippers, and topped up the water promptly after cleaning our room.
The buffet spread is good and changes every day.
Didn't use the swimming pool, which is beside the buffet area, but it is used frequently by other guests and is clean too.
The view from the room is great too! One can see the new buildings and construction along the road (see image). One minor thing is that the road construction was still going on at 11pm at night, which was a little disruptive to our sleep. Hopefully, at the next visit, the construction would have already been completed.

Stayed in the presidential suite, 2 large bedrooms and is well liked by family. Good location and is close to major mall. Provide two hourly shuttle to malls if doesn’t want to walk.

The rooms are spacious and clean as they had just revamp and the lifts are all newly reinstall. The only thing is the shower water pressure is a bit small.

Used to stay at this hotel a couple of times years ago before they renovated. Unfortunately location wise was a headache as there is road construction ongoing, not sure when will it resume to normal but definitely not within the next years. We got rejected by lots of grab driver the moment they know they are coming to this district.
We stayed 5 nights, basic housekeeping is done but however the floor are forever not vacuumed. Every time we stepped into the room, we can feel the sandy crumbs and dirt all over our feet.
Water heater is not working on the first night, we called for help and they got it done quickly and efficiently.
Kids playroom is outdated. Toys are in very bad state, wouldn’t let my baby to play with it.
As for front desk service wise, would give a good a thump up for the Japanese look-alike guy with Trainee tag. Although with a trainee tag, he is very professional and helpful throughout our stay.
