We stayed in the Superior Suite, which was spacious, elegantly furnished, and featured floor-to-ceiling windows with panoramic views of Bangkok. Watching the sunrise over the skyline and the glittering city lights at night was simply magical. The bed was extremely comfortable, the lounge area perfect for relaxing, and the suite came with thoughtful touches like a well-stocked minibar and modern amenities that made our stay effortless. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve had – a huge selection of Thai specialties and international favorites, all fresh and beautifully presented. Dining high above the city each morning was an experience in itself. The location is ideal, right in the heart of Pratunam, within walking distance of lively markets, shopping malls, and authentic street food stalls. The hotel’s rooftop observation deck is also a must-visit, offering unbeatable 360° views of Bangkok. What truly made this stay outstanding was the service. Every staff member we met was friendly, attentive, and eager to help, from offering local tips to arranging transport. Their genuine hospitality made us feel valued and cared for throughout our visit. Our kids absolutely loved the stay – from the incredible views to the variety at breakfast – and they are already asking when we can visit again.
