Had some bad experiences in this hotel, front staff was rude, because i dyed my hair red and left some stains on the bed sheets, I stayed in this hotel for 2days, the front staff told me I needed to pay for 300 for the stains, I was totally okay with it, (she told me 4-5times I owe them 300), I KNEW IT, I didn’t mind to pay for the damage. Then I extended the room didn’t ask for room service, but when I checked out the front staff told me that I needed to pay 800, it doesn’t make sense, 300\2=150 per day, plus I the last day of staying in total I should pay 450, she’s arguing with me about 20mins. she blamed it’s me now she needs to pay for the money back to me, it’s not customers fault!!
Overall it’s not a satisfying staying because of the front as well as the location it’s not convenient.
