This hotel is in a very convenient location, easy to find and close to many places. The staff has a lot of experience and they can answer questions quickly and efficiently.
Hotel is clean and mostly modern, rooms have all essential items. The pool and gym need an update, but the restaurant is nice and modern. I will come again to this place, it is ideal for 2-3 night stay.

Decent affordable clean hotel. Firm bed. There is this device on bedside table that can adjust the brightness of all the lights in room.

Was here for the Songkran festival and this hotel is great because it is literally 1 minute walk away from the new emsphere mall and around 5-6 minutes walk from the Phrom Phong BTS station.
Basic amenities with a spacious clean room for solo travellers and couples. They have a basic gym and pool to get yourself a simple workout done.
Staff are extremely friendly and always helpful.

The location is very convenience just a few minutes walk to everywhere including the new shopping mall "Emsphere".
The hotel is small but room are big come with bathtub and a nice rooptop with a good size swimming pool. Staff are friendly and helpfull.

Location of the hotel was good. First day when I checked in, I had no hot water, told the reception to have it checked. As I had to leave for dinner, I explained that I didn’t mind the hotel staff to go into my room to settle the issue, the receptionist brushed me off in an impatient tone to go.
When I came back to the hotel, the hot water issue was not resolved, I had to run the water for 15 mins before I could get warm water (not even hot).
When enter the room, the room was also super dark and you had to maneuver your way in the dark to press the master key beside the bed to light up the room.

Always comfortable and clean and friendly and professional service from the staff. The aircon always cold and the small gym never crowded.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a few days and I must say, it was the perfect choice for my trip. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the location couldn't have been better. It was conveniently located near the main road and several subway lines, making it easy for me to get around the city and explore all the sights.
