The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown I had a wonderful experience. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

Very good, I have stayed here many times, convenient travel, close to the airport, good rooms.

The room is very stuffy. The staff service is not very good. The bathroom rail is broken. The TV doesn't turn on. I booked a room with a large bed but got two twin beds next to each other. The towels are very old, like they've been used for 10 years. The balcony is extremely dirty. But the air conditioner is cool.

The hotel is good but I can't find a taxi. It's very confusing. They don't answer the phone. It takes a long time to find one. I have to ask a motorcycle taxi. I don't know if it's in the right place. Please check. It's a waste of time.

The hotel pin is not in line with the hotel location, causing us to travel to the wrong place. The room air conditioner is not cool. The shower water is very weak. It is a small channel with almost no water pressure.

The place is located in an area really close to the airport and therefore it is in a very strategic position if you want to get to the airport in a short time. The room was very nice, the size of the bed was incredibly large and this made the experience very positive. The breakfast was ok, nothing special, we expected a buffet breakfast and instead there was a fixed menu that you could choose... the quality of the breakfast was quite poor, but still honest considering the price paid.

Service should be greatly improved. Because the time to stay is not just 1 time, if the service is good, the customer must want to continue to stay. But this is booking a hotel for all 3 rooms, collecting more because I can't get in early. But customers who reserve will not be able to find friends or meet? Even though we have already booked and paid for it, we go to find it to catch the time, it's too much. (The staff spoke very badly. If you don't appreciate the service work, you shouldn't work in a hotel or work that meets customers. Thank you.)

The accommodation is good, but traveling to the airport rail link, Lat Krabang station is a bit far. If people want to stop by before going to the airport, it is recommended to take a taxi to Suvarnabhumi Airport, it will be more convenient. Good care staff, clean accommodation, but the disadvantage is that the accommodation does not have an elevator. Carrying luggage up to the room is very difficult.
