Great service, but the swimming pool was beautifully renovated. The room cleaning wasn’t thorough. During my 3 nights stay, housekeeping forgot to provide bath bombs and the shower kit. The Suite Premier Room offers a great mini bar experience with a complimentary 2hrs free-flow drinks service, it was absolutely wonderful!

I’ll give it full marks despite my not being able to use all the amenities such as the pool on both my recent stays. This was due to repairs due to a recent ‘force majeure’. Staff are very courteous and friendly, even when breezing past the lobby. Hotel is in an ideal location, quiet but very near downtown and tourist spots. There is a huge, high-end mall just opposite which is fit for solo, couples and families. Breakfast is varied, fresh and tasty and the rooms and very comfortable and clean. It’s just a pity there are so few English-speaking channels on TV. Overall, five-star luxury at a reasonable price. If I visit Bangkok again then I will choose this hotel! Thanks and best wishes.

Great hospitality and service from all the staffs. We came for our honeymoon here and was served freshed flowers and cakes! The amenities are complete and we did enjoy the jacuzzi in the room. Definitely worrh every penny!

The room has a big space, good for those who need space to pack up their shopping stuff. All convenient, allowing me to have good rest after a long day walk and meeting. A short walking distance to Lumpini Metro. Friendly staff, good breakfast with a variety of foods. Highly recommend 👍🏻
