Vera Nidhra - Self Check-in after 6pm

Vera Nidhara is excellent in every way! I really can't say enough good things. For the past five years, I have been come to Bangkok often for work and leisure, and each time I stay at Vera Nidhara. The bed and breakfast occupies a former shophouse, and the owner has renovated it to create a cozy, inviting homelike feeling, while still ensuring absolute guest privacy. The rooms are spacious and bright, each with large en suite. The beds, pillows, and linens are very comfortable and are of a high standard. Housekeeping in the rooms and cleanliness around the common areas are impeccable - always spotless and perfect. Vera Nidhara is located less than 5 minutes walking distance from BTS Krung Thonburi. The location is great, because you get the feeling of a local neighborhood, whilst being accessible to the riverside and other parts of the city, like Siam, Chinatown, Sukhumvit, etc. The neighborhood is local, friendly, and safe, with many restaurants and food carts nearby. Icon Siam is also walkable or you can take a motorcycle taxi or BTS. Even though the guesthouse is in the city, it is calm and peaceful. It is situated at the end of a small residential alley, and there is no outside noise. I have stayed in many luxury hotels, but I keep coming back here because of the wonderful friendly service, the comfortable spaces, and the excellent value. - I really can't say enough good things! Vera Nidhara is perfect.

We had a very lovely stay at Vera Nidhra. The owner, Faby, and receptionist, Kate, are extremely friendly and very accommodating. Clean room, great location, and great service for an unbeatable price. Our stay felt very homey and they put a lot of love into this property. After staying here, I completely understand why their reviews are so positive. If you have the opportunity to book here, do it! I would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Bangkok.

Always excellent service and extremely helpful management. Clean rooms, good beds. Homely atmosphere. Quiet location and yet close to BTS, Icon Siam, Chao Praya boat services etc. Family rooms available. Good value for money. Highly recommended

Set at the end of an alleyway in a residential neighborhood, it has beautifully decorated general spaces, individual rooms and bathrooms. The owner and staff are warm, friendly and so accommodating. They provide a list of places to go to with detailed directions and provide help with directions whenever needed. It is about 6 mins by walking to the nearest BTS station that gets you around Bangkok. It’s the better way to travel as the traffic on the ground is horrendous and will delay you 3 times that of the BTS journey. Communication with the owner is efficient and clear, should there be a need. It was a wonderful stay for the 4 in my group! Will definitely choose it again!
