Perfect! This price meets almost all the conditions. It is just luck to find such a small hotel in Bangkok! The house is well maintained. You can see that the renovation was done with care. The boss is a beautiful lady who runs the business well! Kind-hearted! The management is not inferior to star-rated hotels at all! Everywhere is clean, the linens and daily necessities are also very clean, the water is free, as much as you drink, there is room temperature ice water, the air conditioning is also very good, very cool, and very quiet, quiet, quiet. It is not easy to find such a quiet air conditioning in Thailand. There are few Chinese people living there, and there are few main rooms! The guests are very conscious, there are 711 around, and there are several coffee shops on the roadside. The price is very beautiful. Set at the end of an alleyway in a residential neighborhood, it has beautifully decorated general spaces, individual rooms and bathrooms. The owner and staff are warm, friendly and so accommodating. They provide a list of places to go to with detailed directions and provide help with directions whenever needed. It is about 6 mins by walking to the nearest BTS station that gets you around Bangkok. It’s the better way to travel as the traffic on the ground is horrendous and will delay you 3 times that of the BTS journey. Communication with the owner is efficient and clear, should there be a need. It was a wonderful stay for the 4 in my group! Will definitely choose it again!

Quiet oasis in a more locals feeling area. Rooms were excellent- spacious and clean and well furnished. Don’t expect a view. Communal areas were a nice touch with a landing to read and a shared fridge. 5 mins walk to BTS was awesome for getting around. What this hotel is not- in the mainstream, a large hotel with big facilities. The location is tucked away amidst local homes. Streets around very safe and good local eating options. We wanted to be a bit more ‘real’ with our trip to Bangkok and not stay in a large anonymous hotel but that comes with some compromises. Loved their recommendation sheet for places to see and eat- and they were absolutely right! This hotel was particularly quiet, which with 2 high energy kids we found a bit difficult. Otherwise would highly recommend for anyone who wants a bit more of a slice of the day in the life of Bangkok outside high tourist circles.

Lovely place! We had a great time here. The hosts were really friendly and helpful. We stayed an extra day because our flight was delayed. They provided a lot of assistance before we had confirmed our flights. It felt like home. The place we stayed at was very clean and quiet. Highly recommend.

A really lovely stay! The room was comfortable and clean and had an air conditioning unit which was key! It was close to ICONSIAM, the river for transportation and the sky rail! A nice quiet street too which was good. The host was lovely and really helpful. She gave us a printed sheet with loads of recommendations and booked us taxis to and from the airport. We really enjoyed the breakfasts, highly recommend! We would stay here again if we are ever in Bangkok :)

My recent stay at Vera Nidhra was fantastic! The host Faby was incredibly responsive and made us feel right at home. The rooms were very clean and beautifully decorated, ensuring a comfortable stay. Plus, its location made it easy to access other attractions in the city, while providing a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle. I especially loved strolling leisurely along the streets, many cheap and nice local foods and cafes around that area. I highly recommend Vera Nidhra to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and welcoming place to stay in Bangkok. Can't wait to visit again!

Great place on a quiet street in a fairly central location. We rented two rooms - one for my spouse and I and one for our two teen kids. Rooms were large and comfortable (my spouse said he didn't love the bed, but I thought it was fine). AC worked great - only complaint would be the hallways and common areas aren't conditioned, which is fine, but they also don't have any fans. It was like entering a blast heat furnace leaving the rooms - it was cooler once you got outside. Staff were great, and we arranged our taxi to and from the airport via the hotel. Loved the neighborhood and found some ok cheap eats nearby. We got around by using the Chao Phraya river boat system, and it was a straightforward walk of about 13-15 minutes to Iconsiam to catch those boats. The hotel is only a block away from BTS - the urban rail system - but the nearby line never seemed like a very direct path to the tourist locations we wanted to see - those were all much more easily accessed by the boats. Although I do not consider myself a mall person, I'll admit Iconsiam was interesting... Overall, Bangkok is not super super inexpensive, but the rooms were pretty darn nice for what we paid.

The folks at Vera Nidhra were so kind and welcoming. I even convinced my other friend to book a room, because everything was perfect. The rooms were cleaned every day, there was plenty of water and the AC worked perfectly. The rooms were beautiful and spacious too. I love that it's female-owned and small. It's also super close to a BTS station. I'd definitely come back!

I'm so glad and thankful I was able to stay at Vera Nidhra! Fah, the front desk staff, was exceptional and very kind. I really enjoyed conversing with her and it was nice to be in her company. The cleaning staff was really kind too. I didn't feel like was staying in a hotel but rather at a nice cozy and peaceful apartment. It's kind of like staying in or living in a bachelor's studio in LA, except a whole lot nicer because the ambience here is full of warm decor and energy. It was low season when I went so there weren't many guests and it was very quiet and serene, which I enjoyed much. The location was also away from busy traffic. I spent most of my time inside because I had a surgical procedure and needed to rest and recover. I also enjoyed being around the local neighborhood and seeing how people lived and went about their daily lives. It's certainly something I would have not gotten to observe if I had stayed at a commercial hotel. I am so grateful for this experience, and it was definitely the right choice when I was searching up places to stay!
