Mercure Hotel is quite a comfortable hotel. The overall room experience is good, but the bed is a bit soft. The breakfast is not very rich, but luckily there is my favorite latte coffee. The hotel staff forgot to say good morning; perhaps they are not trained for that in Thailand.

Hotel is isolated. Friendly staff with shuttle to nearby offices and train stations. Some items are not working in the hotel room. Breakfast is basic.

hotel is clean but in a less crowded neighbourhood. if you take the MRT, you can call the hotel and they can pick you up from the station anytime! it's so convenient with the hotel's shuttle service.

It’s near to Makassan MRT that has AirPort Express. V easy to go to airport. Getting grab is easy too. Hotel is decent and comfortable. Hotel provides shuttle tutu to MRT and BTS as well as to Pratumum shopping area.
