Room abit small could have better connectivity

Always a great stay! The only disadvantage is that cutlery is unavailable. You've got to either bring your own or get a set from a convenience store.

This hotel is located in the fascinating Soi in Sukhum, just a 5-minute walk from convenient stores. It’s also conveniently situated near cafes and bars. Additionally, you can reach the newest hip mall, EMSPHERE, in just 10 minutes. With its wide variety of food options, this hotel makes it easy to explore the area.

All staff were nice & friendly. (Front desk & housekeeping) Especially the front desk man was very helpful. There are no amenities. Only pool table in the lobby. WiFi was weak. I had to use my 5G sometimes. They should upgrade this.

This is one of my favorite hotel in Bangkok, the rooms is very clean, hotel interior is super nice and beautiful although it has been more than 3 years counted from my first stay heats ago. Hotel is still very nice, great location for tourist, just takes less than 5 minutes to Phromphong BTS,Male receptionist and porter is super friendly and helpful on my arrival date on 21 Feb but female receptionist working in the morning of 23 Feb, is unfriendly, not helpful at all. Never apologize to me when I confirmed there problem with room key which happened twice and she said nothing, I had to wait for more than 7 minutes to get back deposit handing over from her hand without any proper words. Working in hospitality industry is not the way she expressed her facial expressions and behavior at all. I do love the hotel a lot but coming back for her performance is never my priority choice for sure

I like everything but they don’t provide toothbrush, and the room was too close to the stair outside, I can’t open the curtain if I want to take a shower, people who walk outside can see everything.
