The hotel is well situated in Silom and just 2 mins walk to BTS Saladeng. Supermarkets and shops nearby. Hotel room is clean and beds are so comfy. It’s just that we have to ask for bedroom slippers and extra hangers which they promptly give. One big pitfall is there is no door to the toilet and shower area. Means lack of privacy if travelling with friends .
Other than that , will stay again!

This was my second time staying at ibis Styles Bangkok Silom and overall it was a good and comfortable experience. The location is convenient and the hotel has a nice vibe. However, it can get quite noisy if your room is near the elevator, so light sleepers may want to request a quieter room.
There were a few minor issues during my stay — marks on the walls in the bathroom and a damp smell from the towels. On the first day, the shower head was spraying water onto the ceiling. That said, the staff handled everything very well. Reception responded quickly, resolved the issues, and even offered a complimentary fruit platter as an apology, which I really appreciated.
Despite the small hiccups, I would definitely stay here again. Always nice to be back!

This was the first time staying in Ibis, close to BTS , park silom with many good quality restaurants.
The bed is comfortable and room is clean. Absolutely come back next time.

In Bangkok for a weekend retreat. The hotel stays was awesome. The staff from front reception to housekeeping were superb! The room is well decorated and cosy. The bed and pillow not only soft but comfortable to doze off. Will be back to stay for the future trip.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. The location is excellent—convenient and close to BTS. The bed was very comfortable, making for a restful night. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely return.

I wrote in the request that I want a high floor and big windows room, but i got the room on 2nd floor, and no windows at all.
The room didn't soundproof, you can hear everyone talking from the lobby.
