The location is super and easy to access to center of BKK and room facilities was great. Two TV monitor and accessible with internet

The location is tucked deep in the alley of Sukhumvit area.. but with GRAB it’s accessible to everywhere I need to go . The room was spacious and clean . Nice decor with all the amenities needed . The shower was of good water pressure too . Apart from the location, the stay was great . Front desk staffs are always smiling. The only thing is the housekeeping staffs should be more considerate in the morning, when doing their rounds .. they should keep their volume down and close the doors slowly. Else , all is good .

The hotel is rated as 4 star but at best feels like a very good 3 star. The location is good. There are nice yummy restaurants nearby, a very good dispensary across the street, and a few decent bars in the area. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the local malls. Breakfast is included in the reservation, and it is ok but not delicious. The pool area is pretty and the gym is well equipped but there is a risk of tripping and falling because there is little traction in the pool area and while descending the stairs from the pool there is a small ridge in the door frame that can trip you up and cause you to stub your toe pretty badly. The room I booked had a balcony but the staff says you cannot smoke on the balcony which is odd. There is no view from the balcony, just looking at an adjacent building. The lobby is a bit small and plain and check-out took a bit too long. Free tea/juice/lemonade is provided in the lobby. The room was clean but the bed was bit uncomfortable...almost too soft.

Had to ask for a refund for my month long stay. Unfortunately the room was very stuffy and smelled bad

new, clean and cozy hotel. air cond very silent. enough hot water in shower. great location, with shuttle to terminal 21. less than 1 min walk to 7-11. all staff are friendly, helpful and very attentive to serve. i will definitely stay in this hotel again on my next visit to bkk.

I have to stay here for a business trip around Asok road. I called to hotel first to ask about parking lots. Staff were friendly talking and very helpful. They upgraded my room after I checked-in. The room was great with a bit thin wall so I can hear noise outside so clear. But it was not that bad. It was still a good place to stay.

The hotel is not a big one. 10mins walk from shopping malls. Its clean and the staff are nice.

The buffet is good, location is good. But, this accommodation has the smell, especially from the air conditioner is bad from me

Hotel cleanliness is great, with a good room size. Services from the staff are great too, very helpful and polite :) Other than it being located slightly in the alley, everything else definitely exceeded my expectation!

Great Hotel. Firstly the staff were amazing. Every interaction with the staff was positive. They constantly went above and beyond. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed and pillows. Wonderful shower and bathroom amenities. Rooftop pool is great for an evening swim with a good view. The gym has everything that you would need for a good workout. A workspace was available and was very comfortable if you needed it. 10 min walk to Emsphere. The hotel offers a shuttle to terminal 21 which is very convenient. 7/11 only a 2 minute walk and there are also coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

This place was one of the better more modern hotels I’ve stayed in Bangkok, the location is close to Nana and Soi Cowboy, South 11 it is also within walking distance of Emsphere Mall which is really convenient. I will definitely book this hotel again as not only are the rooms nice but the location and the price was.

Very good location, comfortable and clean bed, great food, staff was very friendly. I will visit again 😊
