Lovely hotel. We were upgraded. The room was fabulous with a huge, extremely comfortable bed. Breakfast was also the best we've had on this trip around SE Asia

0% C/S rating. She is very rude to her customers and her English level is not acceptable to work in a hotel!

Pretty consistent with expectations. Nothing really stood out. The hotel is kind of boring. It’s the kind of place where you’re unlikely to be impressed by anything, but you’re also unlikely to have any issues. The location could be a bit better, but it’s not as though it’s out in the middle of nowhere. The room was serviceable, if predictable. The service was ok. It’s a hotel, yup.

We stay here often and live the friendly staff, comfortable beds, clean spacious rooms and the outstanding breakfast.
We've also stayed as club guests and enjoy the peaceful upstairs cocktails before going out for the night.
Only advice would be to add some low music upstairs and maybe a display of cookies, or small wrapped snacks. The posh nosh that goes with the cocktails are amazing and a great chance for travellers to rey different foods and flavours.
