The room was not cleaned every day, and it was cleaned reluctantly even if you asked for it. The hotel had a balcony and an ashtray, so I smoked on the balcony. The hotel didn't tell me that I couldn't smoke before I checked in. I was fined 500 in the end. The environment is bad, the service is bad, and the attitude is bad.
